2. Prohibited Content

You must not submit designs, logos, images, or text that:

• Infringe intellectual property: Use trademarks, copyrighted material, or patented designs belonging to third parties without authorisation
• Are illegal: Promote, depict, or facilitate unlawful activity under UK law
• Are defamatory or libellous: Contain false statements intended to damage the reputation of any person or organisation
• Promote hatred or discrimination: Incite hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Are obscene or offensive: Contain pornographic, excessively violent, or otherwise objectionable material
• Target minors: Are designed to appeal to or be marketed to persons under 18 years of age
• Make false health claims: Include misleading health, medical, or therapeutic claims

3. Intellectual Property

By submitting a design, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are the owner of, or have obtained all necessary licences and permissions for, the submitted content
• The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and design rights
• You will indemnify and hold harmless KAiLAR UG against any claims, damages, or costs arising from intellectual property infringement in your submitted designs

We are not responsible for verifying the ownership or legality of customer-submitted designs. The responsibility lies entirely with you.

4. Our Right to Refuse Orders

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or decline to produce any order if, in our reasonable judgement, the submitted design violates this policy or is otherwise inappropriate. In such cases:

• We will notify you and explain why the design was rejected
• You may submit a revised design that complies with this policy
• If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued

5. Reporting to Authorities

If we become aware that submitted content may involve criminal activity, we reserve the right to report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities and to share information necessary for the investigation, in compliance with applicable law.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
